Faulty phones

After writing a review on the faulty cellphones Pep sells and still recieving no response from Pep... I'm am convinced that they don't care 1 bit about what us as customers think or feel... Sad to say... Pep will never see my business again... Best if everyone stays away from them... Teach them a lesson. Going through other reviews it seems as though its a normal to sell faulty phones and then ignore your customers!
