Faulty phones!!

I am highly disappointed by your products! I bought my mom a phone (Stylo Poise) for my mom's birthday but seemingly it was the worst and disappointing gift I've ever got for her! I bought the phone from Kwathema Ekhaya shopping centre at Pep cell on the month of April ,the phone hardly lasted a week ,it's charging point was not working anymore when we tried charging it. We took it back to the shop and they sent it out for fixing it never came back but instead we were given a new one without any explanation ! We collected the phone last Thursday and the charging point failed to work on the new phone too,it died on Sunday , hardly a week again ! We took it back again today and they took it for fixing again!! Honestly I want my refund cz I now mom doesn't HV a phone to use and run her day to day business ! I don't see why it has to be fixed once more if we still going to experience the same problem again!
