Faulty phone

On the 2 march 2020 i bought a cellphone at pepcell then i was admitted in hospital on the 3rd march 2020, phone started giving me problems while i was in hospital and i couldn't return it coz i was hospitalized...on the 9 of march i was discharged and on the 10th i went to return the phone even though i was not well.

I spoke to the manager Khuliso and even showed her my sick note as to why i couldnt return the phone, she then called their help desk and spoke to jerry who then transfered the call to his manager jason whom i explained evrything to then transferred the call to the other manager sandy i explained myself again...Sandy then said i should give the phone back to the store manager, she then told the store manager that she will call back as i waited for about 2hours as sick as i was i felt dizzy then the store manager told me to come back the following day which was the 11th march to come get my refund/exchange and she promise that i will get it

I went there and the store manager khuliso told me that she is pregnant and has high blood, i then told her that i too am sick i was only dischaged from hospital on the 9th of march 2020 the reason i am here is because i need the cellphone i work with a phone if i dont get a phone i wont get paid she then said its beyond her control then she went to the office and whispered with other collegues and laughed...i asked her if she is taking me for a fool or what coz she told me to come back on the 10th, she then told me to call their help desk and ask them whats happening i then reminded her i dont have a phone, she then called the help desk and told them i was instore i need my cell phone...sandy told me that the will give the store manager the credit once they get the phone i returned and thats not what i was told in the first place mind you i am not working due to the phone issue...i am still waiting for a call from them as i gave them my mom number for the to update me as i waste money when i go to their store and i am still sick i need to rest
