FAULTY MOBICELL ULTRA CELL PHONE

Bought my mom a Mobicel ultra cell phone from Pepstores Ladismith in the Western Cape She was very happy charge the battery for 24 hours and then start up After a few days my mom complain that the battery not even lasting a day I told her to take it back she did then the saleslady said that is a manufacturing problem on the cell phone and they have to send in to be repaired that is against the law and my mom brand new phone is now a second hand phone That is not on that Pep Stores sell faulty cellphones and that the staff knows about it and dont warn the client
