Faulty headsets

I bought Disney headsets from pep cell on the 4th of July to my surprise after a week the sound was terrible which meant they were faulty, on the 14 and 15th I went back and they were closed then went to pep store and I was told they can't help me I even sent a complain to their website and still nothing I'm worried that after 30 days they won't help me I'm not happy at all.
