Faulty device

I bought a device in December, it was faulty in January, it was repaired. In March it was damaged again, I sent it back it has been repaired again. I feel like I bought a second hand phone. I laid my grievience with the store and the customer care line with no help. The store told me they can't get hold of the area manager. Pep Home Evaton mall
