Faulty Cellphone from Supplier
On the 02nd of February 2016 (2 days back), i bought a cellphone from PEP Stores in Walvis Bay. As a norm, i was told to inspect the device before i pay for it, so i did. It looked fine and good as the device of my choice. I put the cellphone on charge for the time stipulated. When i inserted my sim card to make my first call, the recipient on the other end could not hear me but only some shrilling and fumbling sounds.

To start with,i thought it was having cross lines due to some interference. However when i called the second person, the problem persisted. I never made a successful call from the mobile device(cellphone in question).

On the 03rd of February, around 1500 hrs (not even 24 hrs being in position of the device), i took it back to the retailer and i was told i must hand it in for repairs as they do not exchange cellphones. I had and still have every item that was supp**** with the device, including the till slip.

Your till slip given to me by the teller reads : -Faulty handsets maybe exchanged provided it 1) is within 7 days from date on till slip. 2)it is not been physically damaged. 3) It is returned with its original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. SOS!!
