False opening hours

Saturday opens at 9 according to the door tag. At 9:20 thr shop at Jane Furse is still close. No redress no information nothing. Tried calling them to ask where the problem could be they just looked at me. A long Q outside with the elderly all tired outside. No one is saying anything considering the closing hourfor today. I know they're probably going to close before 1 not considering the time they wasted or opening hours. This shop and communication aren't best friends. Redress.
