False advertising on cellphone at Pep cell

I purchased a Huywaei Y6 2018 model at Pep cell in Zevenwacht Mall, Kuilsriver on 04 August 2018. The adverti*****t stated that the cellphone comes with a screen protector and a cellphone cover. The cashier Anneline informed me that the screen protector and cellphone cover is not included in the deal. I informed her that it is false advertising as it states in the display window that these items are included. I contacted Pep Head Office on 06 August 2018 and was informed by Mary-Ann that my complaint will be escalated to the area manager. I was contacted by Janine from Head Office who apologised for their false adverti*****t and that they will provide me with a R200 gift card as an apology for the inconvenience caused and that it will be delivered to Pep Cell Zevenwacht Mall. Up to date I have not received any communication from Pep cell and is therefor disgusted with the service I received. It seems as if false advertising and false promises is what's used to soften up clients.
