False advertising of sneakers

I got to the shop and takkies were advertised as R69,99 and when I got to the till they say they are R69.99. and the manager says its the wrong price written on the stand.so when I ask Natasha the manager why she has the incorrect price on the stand as it is false advertising she says she knows and the actual price is on the sneakers.

According to the consumer protection act, what Pep and Natasha are doing is ******* because the price written is now not the price for the actual sneakers.

I am utterly disappointed at this type of servixe
