False advertising from Pep cellphones

So Pep and Vodacom have teamed up to give equally poor service. Cellphone through Pep with a Vodacom sim and 'free airtime and data.' So after purchasing the bundle for a friend, neither the airtime nor data has been received 3 weeks later despite 'topping up with R15.' Have gone back to Pep who passed the buck onto Vodacom which I did. Still nothing to date. Shocking shocking from both sides. False advertising.
