False Advertising?

I'm a fan of your clothing and home options and trust I'll find everything I need and usually wonderfully surprised at all the un expect goodies but I was soooo let down when I purchased a "quilted" comforter set that wasn't consistent with the image on the packaging, the comforter is quilted but the pillowcases are plain and flimsy, the look is totally ruined. I've never experienced this with previous purchases. I would just like the matching pillow cases as shown in the packaging image, I can share the image. The SKU is ***. The cashier Refilwe at the featherbrook corner store was brilliant and checked another set and found the same mismamtch issue. Please resolve as this is false advertising.
