False advertising

I am completely dissatisfied with the false advertising of merchandise.

The PEP stores in Eersterust Pretoria has white porcelain bowls and side plates advertised for R10.99 each however on taking my purchase to the tills to pay I was forced to pay the "new" price of R12.99.

The excuse was that the staff "forgot" to remove the advert...NOW WHOS PROBLEM IS THAT!!! what happened to customer satisfaction!!
