False advertising

Good day, on Saturday, 24 April 2021, I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 9A. The phone was sold without wireless earphones as per your website advert. I visited the store to verify if they did not make a mistake, the cashier assured me that the phone does not come with earphones. Please clarify if the website is misleading.
