False advertising

I saw an advert on sabc 1 showing that pep has a R99 phone! I quickly rushed to the pep store in Boksburg on commisioner street, but they didn't have the stock just yet. I then drove to carnival mall, they told me they have the stock but they can't sell it until next week. I then phoned pep's customer service line, whilst I was in the store, as I didn't understand why they can't sell it but Boksburg branch was willing to sell it, unfortunately they haven't received the stock. The call centre lady said she was going to contact me, as she was going to call the store! I waited 30minutes and no call from her. Until now no one has called me. Not only their store gives bad service, their head office also does! I love shopping at pep but their service at some of their branches is appaulling to say the least. Am just dissapointed that their head office is like them.
