False Advertising

Pep cell is doing false advertising on tv. On tv saw an Ad of memory card SanDisk 16GB for R89.00 then I went to pep cell jabulani mall. I was assisted by Ntombi and Hlengiwe Jiyane. I bought the memory card and it was 14.08GB not 16GB. I complained in the store twice and they never helped me instead they making excuses same day when I bought. 29.04.2019. This is false advertising.
