FALSE ADVERTISING

Good day.

I just visited two PEP STORES in Upington - Kalahari Mall. I wanted to buy a OPEN VIEW decoder....to my surprize....both of the two shops did not have stock. But one thing I don't understand at all....why do PEP STORES have a shelf full of EMPTY BOXES and advertise to people to look like they have stock and when you want to buy something they don't have stock?

This is totally unacceptable!! How on earth can you advertise a product but you don't have stock? And to put EMPTY BOXES on a shelf? This is totally pathetic and very poor customers service....
