False advertising

I bought earphones worth R140 yesterday...they are written handfree calling but they are not and I went there to get a refund I'm told they can't refund cuz I don't have the receipt but I have proof of purchase cuz I bought using my bank card..they said I have no choice but to keep the useless earphones...I want my refund..I'm so ****ed.
