False adverti*****t

I know that this message will not get anywhere too, i have logged a complaint with Rosanne from customer service that i bought a tablet at Pep cell in Park Meadows (East Rand) Gauteng and because they said they offer insurance i bought the tablet because other stores never offered that, i sent emails to ********** made calls to ***as i was instructed by Thabo from the store even sent sms(s) to the short number is was provided but NO ONE HAS EVER HELPED ME. I the received a call from Rosanne and said that she will escalate this matter to the regional manager, guess my query was not important and she told me that this is not offered by PEP, funny how this info was not only told to me by Thabo from the store but is also on your website

I bought this tablet for a 6 year old and i told them that i need insurance because i fear that she takes it to school with her and what if something happens? who will take responsibility for it?, i bought this phone in November and i have been trying to get assistance since then, believe me, i will be taking this higher as false adverti*****t should i not get assistance as soon as yesterday.
