**** ******ies and missing Paxi parcels

My name is Esther Mtsweni I am a dropshipper that uses pep and paxi to delivery my products country wide. I sent a parcel D*** to springs via Paxi at a pep Pick n pay Soshanguve center on the 26 August it was captured using a 7 - 9 days delivery options. I thought it was long delivered only to told by client that they haven't received the parcel. I was just in contact with paxi that contacted the store the parcel is missing and they told paxi call centre in which it was the assistant store manager claiming there was a ******* which is a lie i stay around the area Pep Batho plaza had a *******. So they **** and parcels don't disappear without a trace, you have a possible ***** and a lying store assistant. I would love to lodge a complaint against the store at your head office, can i be advised because i use pep and paxi for business purpose and people get paid at their jobs to do a job if they neglect the job n start *****ing We cant trust Pep.
