**** phones in pep store

i sent my child to buy Mobicell phone in pep store in Cosmo city shopping centre.Manager Nhlanhla told her that we must charge phone for 4hrs and switch it on after that. i did as they said but when i switch phone on,there was black ink inside the phone but screen was not cracked. i called them explaining my problem and they told me that is physical damage.after 4 hrs o bought the phone.Apparently they sold my child used phone.i called their Area manager Lesego she sent me back to the store and my i was at work so i couldnt go. i sent my child again.the manager Nhlanhla told my child that black people and indians are stinch they dndt want to spend.he said why am i crying for R399.00 Pone while people are spending more than me they do not complain.i will never buy PHONE IN PEP STORE.they selling **** phones..now i must fix phone that i bought 6 hours ago.
