failure to follow process

19/12/2015 Pep lost my items that were kept at the parcel counter today 20/12/15 got a call to say the items have been found. security didn't want to show me footage of how the items were found and that footage that they had was from outside the shop I want to see how my parcel was give to another person whereby I didn't loose the token number. And the story their giving me doesn't add up. For the past two days I've been going up and down due to this is going to show unpaid on my pay slip they need to pay me back for wasting my time.
