EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH PEP CELL

<div>I am extremely unhappy with my current dealings with this store. I bought a phone for my daughter for her birthday on the 25th of October and yesterday the phone stopped working suddenly. Because the 7 day window period had passed I am told that the phone has to be taken in for repairs which will take up to 6 weeks worst case scenario. This is completely unacceptable to me, I paid for a phone and I desire to have a working phone right now, not in six weeks. Would you (PEP) give me a phone and have me pay you in 6 weeks for it? I don't think so. This was meant to be a gift for my daughter and I am extremely unhappy with the feedback I am getting and I honestly do not feel like you are being particularly considerate to me as a customer. Further more, why would I want a phone that had to be taken in for repairs, I may as well have bought a phone from a pawn shop mos.</div>
