EXTREMELY RUDE ATTITUDE AND COMMENTS

<p>7 November 2016 - 15h45</p> <p>I asked my personal Assistant, Macebo Katshalo, to return a dress to Pep Stores, White River Square. She showed the dress and the invoice and asked for a credit, since the dress is too small for me. The lady, apparently the manager, started yelling at her, pulling the dress and exclaimed that how can we expect to return a dress that we fitted and that they are loosing their jobs because of people returning clothing. She also said that since we bought the dress at another branch (also in White River), we have to return it to them since they have to reduce it from their sales.</p> <p>The dress was fitted ONCE, had no damage, still had the tag and the invoice in place.
