Extremely Rude

I walked into a pepcell shop at sanlam centre parow. I needed to buy airtime so walked into the store there were two consultants of which none of them greeted or asked how i needed help. I went over the counter and as a friendly client i greeted lucinda and she didnt reply back.. i went on to ask her \are you not gonna greet me back and ask me how im doin as a client"i mean isnt that whats customer service is about. Her reply to my question was \""im not a doctor so i dont care how you feel\"" i was so shocked. I then requested airtime and gave her Ten Rand bill she didnt even ask how much airtime i needed"
