Extremely poor service

I bought a dstv decoder with installing packaging in kenako mall, I was given a number to call, the installer. The installer has not shown up, and I tired call the store the line was not going through.

Lastly I called customer care, most unless people ever.

They just don't care, I regret wasting my airtime and buying from them.
