Extremely Poor Service

Tuesday 10 February 2026 at Pep Store Itsoseng Township-North West Province. The shop is packed with customers, the queue is long but only 2 tills are working. Theres a lot of staff who is going up and down in the shop as if they are doing something.

The shop is too small for the community and today to top it up they are busy doing stock taking while we are squashed on the queue ...they are busy shifting us with step laddders and stuff. This kind of service is not acceptable and should be addressed. We deserve better.
