Extremely bad service from PEP Stores Warrenton Northern Cape

Been to store to give my OVHD Decoder, still under Warranty, back and buy a new one at a new price. This was refused, all they are willing to do is an exchange with NO GUARANTEE on the new one. Not on. Got all the recordings from the conversations with the Branch Manager and as per her this is a direct "assignment" from their Area Manager. I raised my voice and even used bad language as a result of the poor service from this branch, not the first time getting this kind of service regarding OVHD Decoders from this branch
