Extremely bad service and rude cashiers

I am beyond disappointed. On 23 Sep 2025 I went to PEP in Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp to buy thing for my baby. I wanted to check my balance on the PEP-card, after trying they said they have a problem with the EFT? So I cant check my balance. I asked if I can still pay with the card and they rep**** yes. After shopping for what I needed I went to the cashier. After scanning the products at the till, they then told me I cant pay with the PEP card since they are “offline” then I wanted to pay with my card and again they told me I cant “only cash” since they are “offline”. I went back today 25 September 2025. They are supposed to open at 09:00 I got there just before 09:00 and they just stared at me through the door drinking coffee. AFTER 09:00 they were still closed and looking at me through the door drinking coffee. Finally they were on their way and I thought they would open now. NOPE, they taped a paper on the door saying ONLY cash since they are “offline” again… This is extremely poor customer service. I finally left about 09:10 and they were still closed. The people seem to hate working there, they are extremely rude and entitled and whenever i’m there, they seem to never help anyone. I am DISSATISFIED and disappointed, they will NEVER see me again.
