I have just visited Pep Sores Blue Downs and I'm so disgusted with the terrible service I have received.

We had to stand in line for a whole hour because there is one till operating. One lady is doing markdowns at the one till and the other one is going to and fro from the till. And to top it all on the floor there is a worker Nokuthula who has a green comb in her hair and intermittently combing her hair while working. NO, this is totally UNPROFESSIONAL.

If u send in an undercover person who poses as a client, you will be shocked at the poor service you will receive.

The main reason why businesses fail in the Eerste River and Blackheath areas is poor service and you'll get an overdose of this at this store.
