Extremely bad service

I bought a cellphone at pep cell, it didn't work so I gave it in on 2nd October, now they have lost the phone, was there on Friday they told us to come back the next day because they can't help us, so we went back the next day they let me stand there for more then an hour and told me to come back in a few minutes they have to resolve the issue, so me and my family went and spent money that wasn't needed to be spent, for them to just tell me after 3 hours that oh sorry people arnt working on saterdags and they are not picking up the phone, why on earth didn't they tell me that the previous day, you made me waste 3 hours of my day for nothing, it's not like a stay around the corner for pep cell, your customer care number doesn't work at all by the way, this store is useless, I want my money back asap
