Extremely bad client service

PEP Store Muizenberg, has the most bad service ever. I took pics of there closing times and I came there before they closed and showed them the time and yet still they didn’t allow me and my son entery!!!! This is unacceptable and disgusting. This matter needs to be addressed ASAP as we as consumers we purchase at these stores pay employers salaries!!!!! So without our business they won’t have jobs or incomes!!!! I expect a response or apology ASAP. I will also attach the pictures I took showing how they didn’t want to open there store doors
