Extreme poor service and no customer care

I was at Pep Cell Sammymarks,there was only 1 cashier named Dumisile,I asked her why she is working alone because the queue was long,she said they are busy at the back office,I asked if she could ask them to come assist and she said I SAID THEY ARE BUSY.Isaid but the queue is so long coming out of the store she said with attitude'WHAT SHOULD I DO THEN"showed indifference
