Extreme Disappointment at PEP

I have never had a bad experience at PEP stores except today at Fox Street. There was a long line that extended outside the store to almost another store with one employee Amanda, not bothered and her colleague who was on the other room alone singing to music the store was playing. We stood a d stood as she was only helping people buying phones not airtime. I ended up leaving without buying and some people left the line too. No more!
