Extraordinary terrible service.

I bought a phone at Pep cell, I bought cellphone at Pep cell (Tzaneen Crossing) after few weeks it was not longer working, so I took it back for repairs and informed that it will take 3-4 week before I get a new one even today nothing is happening. When I visit the store they keep telling me that it's not back yet. I tried contacting call center using ( ********** 000k) it's just ringing for more than 30 minutes. Terrible service ever. Management is not even helpful. The culture of Batho Pele/ CPA it's not exercised.
