Excellent Service from Mme Anna Moshodi

I would like to thank Mme Anna Moshodi from PEP Bloemfontein Naval view 7324 for her excellent service. I sent my from wonderpark pep to their store on the 25 of February and on the 1st of March I received a message that my parcel has arrived, unfortunately when the receiver went to collect on the 3rd of March she was told that parcel was sent back to the Hub, that's when all my troubles started. I tried to call paxi with no luck from their side, it was story after story.. Mme Anna called wanting to understand my story and she promised to keep in touch and help me. She and the lady by the name Gail from RAM hand to hand courier fought very hard for me to get my parcel.. This morning I got a call from Mme Anna that my parcel was sent to Polokwane, it's now back in Bloemfontein I can go collect it.
