#WIN, i would just like to commend Catherine at your longbeach branch for going above and beyond, going that extra mile, my wife had a certain product that she was looking and couldn't find it, but this lady is going through so much effort to ensure my wife is happy, even if we dont get what we're looking for, the customer service is absolutely amazing, i would recommend this Longbeach branch just because they have Catherine, excellent job and well done.
