Excellent customer service from PEP

I bought a pair of sandals from the pep in Meyerton about a month ago, and they are completely broken and torn now, so I tried to return them but the staff informed me that I can't, because I don't have the slip anymore. So I sent them an email stating my issue, and in less than an hour, 2 ladies phoned me, a regional manager and another one (not sure of their titles). And I must say that I have never experienced excellent customer service like this. Compliments to PEP for handling the situation so professionally and with utmost kindness.
