Excellent customer service

Today I was at PEP home in Nelspruit CBD the one near Promenade and I asked one of the cashier about their online stock and she answered me properly and also switched to English as most people that work in retail in Nelspruit assume that we are all Swati speaking. I really appreciate her professionalism it's a pity I forgot her name
