Excellent Customer Service

PEP<br> <br> I will like to compliment Dudu Moloi from Jabulani Mall Pep Stores for her assistance. Thank you for being a born leader and treating your customers with love, support and care. It's rare lately for a shop assistance to take ownership, acknowledge and deal with the problem especially in the township. Yes indeed she has the right skills.She was more hands on with my request and understood my state of mind when I was out and down! And you took ownership when other co- worker could not understand my situation and told me that she busy and they are closed. I got to the store at 17:40pm the security guard told me that they are closing and I cannot come in. With great respect I hereby thank Mme Dudu Moloi for Excellent Customer Service. She was efficient, went more than the extra mile, friendly, helpful and extremely understanding. Thank you, I believe leaders are born and she is one of them. Pep Clothing Stores is lucky to have her.Oh again I am gratefully!!! it really means a lot on the level of service I have received. Sorry for my late feedback I lost a slip and I can not remember the date but it was in September 2015. I still speak about her and never forgot how I felt.
