Excellent customer service

Being from an older generation not yet well versed in modern Cell Phone technology, it was with some trepidation when I purchased my first Smart-Phone from Pep Stores Bonaero Park branch. I was thrilled though, to get wonderful empathetic service and assistance from the Store Manager Ms Suzan Motsepe, on explaining the Smart Phone's functions, in between managing the store and accepting deliveries etc. Pep's prices are excellent and receiving such superb customer service from that lady ensures I wont be purchasing such items from any other outlet.<br> Many thanks for someone who goes the extra mile. A rare attribute in this modern era of declining service levels and throw away ethic.
