Hi,

Was at Beverly Hills Mall, PEP Store just 5 min before the Store closed but the energy and service given were at 100%. Felt appreciated, even the lady who was mopping the floor was so kind and patient, the Cashier/Lead that processed our transaction was so engaged with us even when she picked one one item did not have the correct tag he handled that so well and calm. My sister and I left happy and I feel like shopping there every day. Keep it up, that is so rare.
