I bought a cellphone at pep in cullinan then after after some weeks then when I charge it hot that it can explode then I took it back on 22 may 18 then manager said I don't know how to charge a phone I replayed by saying this what you mean by that coz this not my personal phone I just bought do that I can call my children when iam not around when the come back from school, the I went to cashiers to book for repair I have end July I called to check if the phone is not back the told to come the store I told I don't to waste any money by coming can't you check he said, the I went on 03 August 18 he said to me wear this waiting for replacement I will call within a week to come a collect your even today iam still waiting for call

My concern is their service is poor why are the selling cellphones knowings the can't provide a good service to customers because when I call he telling me that their so many repairs that a booked but when I bought that phone I was an individual customer
