Even their complaints departments fails dismally!

Used the Pep Pixi service recently to have something delivered to me. Recieved an sms that I may collect the item with my pin. I check their operational hours online and they say they close at 5:30, I can only go there after work! I get to PEP Eloff Home at 5:20, the dorr was already closed, I stood there to get assistance, the ladies just stood at the till and shouted that I should go away as their closed!! The even made gestures with their hands and one of the swore!! I am repulsed by the service that they gave me, they could have politely came to the door and advised me properly! Why does your online page show you close at 5 but the store itself says 5pm?? If I had new thia I would not have used our services. Also work on training your staff on customer care as they have zero etiquette, whats so ever!!

After my first Hello Peter, I was promised a call back at 12 by their advisors. I am still waiting for that call! Gosh!!
