Errrrritude, bad, bad, bad

Went into store with my hard earned cash. Requested product/phone. 6inch for my grand dad as the size would be well suited. At first was rushed, as it was 20min before closing. Did not even bother to confirm if its correct one, requested proof of address. Got one that was apparently not valid. Told me n a very rude way that it's not what she wanted, but will put it through as she was ready ringing up the sale. Advised she should've been more specific. Phone was just handed to other cashier, still no confirmation. Asked for alt network sim. This one with more attitude, we can't Rica that as your Proof of address is not valid. Wanted airtime, just said her till is cashed up. Popped item in box, no explanation or any info. Rushed me and another customer out the door. Locked it, my slip showed time of 15 min before closing. Sat on bench to check phone. Wrong item. Refund and apology wanted. Pep cell Parow, atrocious service.
