The explicit ****** from your cashier, Thandeka, at the PEP at Junxion centre in Standerton is unacceptable. My husband stood in a LONG queue to try to return/exchange shoes for my son for a bigger size. He got to the till, gave her the slip and shoes, and went to fetch the bigger size. In the meantime, she then proceeded to help the next customer, which he was fine with. He stood nearby because he was just waiting for the customer to be done. She then told him with a very bad attitude, and very loudly so that everyone can hear, that next time he should not cut the line and go stand at the back of the queue. ***? He was already being helped by her and just went to get the bigger size after ALREADY being in the long queue! AND then she took her time, which seemed very deliberate to annoy him. Even the customers behind him got annoyed by this.

Your branch anyway sucks compared to the other one in general!
