Employ idiots

Geraldine and Tonya refused that I buy a telkom starter pack without it being rica'd!!! They must train these idiots more as I don't have the time as my time is precious to educate them on when doing a sim swap you DON'T Rica the card!!!! God damn idiots they got working in stores now lately!!!!!! Pathetic!!! Or head office must have the idiots working there as both of them blamed head office and said its head office's rules!!!
