Elim Pep Store treatment.

Good day, There is an Employee by the name of Tsakani at Elim PEP store, Elim shopping mall, In Limpopo next to Elim Hospital, She was assisting me with a parcel using PAXI service. I am not happy with her treatment, there was a misunderstanding between herself, and me, her response was not professional and she was trying to show publicly amongst her colleagues and other customers that I am wrong. Her attitude is completely unprofessional.
