E-commerce, just not done right

You would think that with e-commerce ordering products for collection would be a quick and seamless process. Apparently not to IC and their Nicolway store. Uncommunicative and unhelpful is being nice. And judging by the sheer number of 1 star reviews and complete lack of response by IC or anyone from the Pepkor Group, I was a fool for even thinking they might actually provide a decent service.

Overall, if you are going to order these sorts of devices through e-commerce platforms, personally, I would avoid IC and any of the Pepkor Trading group stores.

We shall see how the cancellation and refund plays out.
