Dunoon Pep store has very bad customers service

Hi <br> <br> I have went to Pep in dunoon Cape Town and the service there is very bad. Someone needs to do something there. I went there 30min before the store closes, while I was at the que the store then closed so there were other customers still doing shopping, so instead of the shop assistant to advise customers that we are closing now if they can maybe be little faster, they told other customers that even if they take clothes they wont be able to pay as the store is closed. They advised that customers who are already at the que are the last customers for the day. <br> <br> Staff there is rude, someone summoned a lady there called Phiwe to make an announcement regarding the above in Xhosa. I then get to the cashier called Nwabisa who didn't even bother to greet me, she didn't even smile. Your staff in dunoon please its out of control. They are loud they make noise and too much noise, they chew gums. They might be working in a location but a customer is a customer and they deserve a good service. They are slow because they chit chat out loud. Please sort the Dunoon staff out they are out of line. Offer them training they do not understand customer service at all.<br> <br> Kind regards
